Why can't I access a resource?

There may be different reasons you are unable to access a resource. Please check the list of possible reasons below:
Library Login
- Have you activated your e-resources access? See how to sign in to access library resources here.
- Your password may be incorrect. For information on how to set/reset the OpenAthens password, see Setting/Resetting an OpenAthens password.
- Are you selecting the correct region? Select the following option when you see the screen below:
Campus Access
Your campus may not have access to a particular resource. Each campus has access to different types of material. If your campus does not have access to a particular electronic resource you will receive the following message when trying to log in.
