Why can't I access a resource?


There may be different reasons you are unable to access a resource.  Please check the list of possible reasons below:

Library Login

  • Have you activated your library login? This is the first step to accessing electronic resources. See how to activate your library login here (if you are unsure of what your username is please contact your facilitator).  
  • Your password may be incorrect. Select SET/RESET PASSWORD after you select All Other Users from this link.  A link will be sent back to your SAE email for you to reset your password.
  • Are you selecting the correct region? Select the following option when you see the screen below:


Campus Access

Your campus may not have access to a particular resource. Each campus has access to different types of material. If your campus does not have access to a particular electronic resource you will receive the following message when trying to login.
