As a staff member, how do I submit my research output at SAE?

Answer

There are two methods for submitting your scholarship. Both methods will count towards your Active in Scholarship Points (ASPs), be shared with the SAE scholarship community, and be communicated to your line managers for your PDP.

1/ Submissions to Creo - Publicly available

Creo is an open-access repository and all the submissions are made publicly accessible - anyone can see Creo's records and most of its content via Google or Google Scholar, the SAE Library catalogue, or by searching Creo directly. Not all the content in Creo is made freely available to access but all the records (metadata, such as title or citation) are.

  • See more information about Creo, such as how to submit here.
  • See how to restrict access to content in Creo here.

2/ Submissions via Google Form - Internal (available only to SAE community)

The Google Form is intended for internal SAE use and should be chosen if a record of your scholarship or the work itself is not to be displayed in Creo or in public search engines such as Google Scholar. Use the form for scholarship output such as awards, certifications, interviews, industry success, mentoring, self-study, unit development or work-in-progress.
