Can I show an error message or something on my screen to IT support?

If you need to share your screen during an IT helpdesk call, the IT officer will instruct you on how to share your screen, either via Teamviewer (on a private computer, please download and install from www.Teamviewer.com) or you can join a zoom call with IT.
