What do I do if my student account is not working?

If you’ve only just enrolled, it could be that your accounts haven’t been created yet. 

Usually, it takes 24 hours to create access to student accounts, as some need to be created and synchronized to internal systems. IT can tell you when your access will be available.

Please contact IT on the IT hotline 03 8632 3480 and they will verify and ensure your accounts are created. They will also assist with other issues regarding account access.
