Who do I contact if I have an IT issue?

All IT issues can be logged in a Service Desk system, available via service.desk@navitas.com.

Please provide as much detail as possible so the right person can be assigned to resolve your issue.

At the start of the trimester, and for immediate and urgent issues you can also contact the IT Hotline on 03 8632 3480 (+61 (0) 3 8632 3480).  The next available IT officer will help you, or assign your enquiry to the IT officer on your campus depending on what is needed to resolve your issue.
