Why can't I access readings in Campus Online?

Answer

Some readings in your unit on Campus Online are provided via the eReserve reading system.

If you cannot find a link to your readings in Campus Online, please contact your facilitator to confirm whether the reading is available through eReserve.

If the reading is provided via eReserve but is not visible, you will need to enable third-party browser cookies. Please refer to the instructions for enabling the cookies. After updating your browser settings, open the readings in a new browser window.

System compatibility

This eReserve system is designed to be compatible with the following technologies:

  • All current major browsers (including the two most recent major versions of each browser)
  • Assistive technologies on Mac, Windows, Android, and iOS operating systems (current version and the two previous versions)

eReserve Plus may also be compatible with:

  • Browsers older than two major versions
  • Mobile operating systems older than two years

However, compatibility with browsers more than two major versions old and mobile operating systems more than two years old is not guaranteed.

Accessing readings on iPhone

If you are experiencing issues accessing eReserve readings via Campus Online using Chrome on an iOS device, we recommend using Safari instead. This is due to alternative browsers, such as Chrome on iOS, being limited in functionality as they do not support the session cookies required for displaying resource lists and resource links on Moodle pages. However, these session cookies are supported in full when using Apple Safari for iOS.
